Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Dobaara, we carefully inspect every item before dispatch. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review the policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

· Return or exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

· Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in the same condition in which they were received.

· A PKR 200 return courier charge will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds

Refunds are only offered if:

· You receive the wrong product, or

· The mistake is on Dobaara's part.

If the refund is approved due to an error on our part, the full amount paid, including shipping and handling charges, will be refunded.

If the return is for any other approved reason, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Curated Finds

All Curated Finds purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except if the wrong item has been delivered.
