Are all your products pre-loved?
No. While most of our collection consists of carefully curated pre-loved clothing, we also offer Brand New with Original Tags items. These products are clearly identified on the product page.
Products
Are the clothes washed before delivery?
Yes. Every pre-loved garment is professionally cleaned, washed, ironed, and quality checked before dispatch.
Brand New with Original Tags items are carefully inspected but are not washed to preserve their original condition and manufacturer tags.
How do I know the condition of an item?
Every product page includes a condition rating, detailed description, measurements, and actual photographs so you know exactly what you're purchasing.
Are the photos of the actual product?
Yes. Every item is photographed individually, so the product you receive is the same one shown on the website.
Will the color of the product be exactly the same?
We make every effort to display colors accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting during photography and differences in screen settings.
Do you restock sold-out products?
Most of our products are one-of-a-kind. Once an item is sold, it is usually not restocked.
Orders
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, provided your order has not been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
Why do you verify orders?
To ensure smooth deliveries and reduce fraudulent orders, our team may contact you to verify your order before dispatch. If we are unable to reach you after two call attempts and there is no response to our automated messages, your order may be cancelled.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we'll do our best to update your shipping details.
Shipping
How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping is PKR 200 nationwide.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. We offer free delivery on orders worth PKR 4,000 or above.
How long does delivery take?
· Karachi: 2–4 business days
· Rest of Pakistan: 3–5 business days
Can I track my order?
Yes. Tracking details will be shared once your order has been dispatched.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. Return or exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
Who pays the return shipping charges?
A PKR 200 return courier charge is payable by the customer unless the return is due to an error on Dobaara's part.
When do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only issued if:
· You receive the wrong product, or
· The mistake is on Dobaara's part.
If the refund is approved due to our error, the full amount paid, including shipping and handling charges, will be refunded.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan.
